RIME Group Summer Pizza Break

ACI 2016 Fall Convention in Philadelphia

Dr. Hani Nassif attended the ACI 2016 Fall Convention in Philadelphia. He presented the following paper:

SEAoNY Scholarship

Two students in RIME Group, Christopher Sholy and Jonathan Rodriguez, received 2016 Scholarship from SEAoNY http://www.seaony.org/. SEAoNY (Structural Engineers Association of New York) is a member organization to the largest structural engineering organization in the country. They work to adopt updated codes and many of the members have contributed to ASTM and ACI standards. The awards were given to the students by Mr. Bill Phelan, a well known member of this industry. The meeting gave us insight about how the organization was and functions internally. Mr. Phelan gave the awards himself, and was also the chooser of the winners.

Tri-State AAAAEA Award

Date: 11/15/2015

This scholarship has been given to Haider Abdulhameed, Ph.D. Candidate, by the Tri-State Arab American Association of Engineers and Architects Chapter. The award is presented to undergraduate students or students attending graduate school in Engineer, Architect or Computer Science student. The main objective is to promote Engineering, Architecture and Computer Science as worthy professions and to foster stronger ties between the AAAEA and the community at large. The scholarships were awarded at the Tri-State AAAAEA 9th Annual Gala in NYC on Nov. 15, 2015.

Concrete Service Life Extension Conference
